The Management of Medical Information

I have had a personal interest in the management of information and my past experiences in the difficulty in seeking information regarding my agricultural career.  This has stemmed my intense interest in the new tools and especially the advent of artificial intelligence and the vast data storage of the cloud.

In this particular feature we relate a recent experience with a medical issue and discovered that although there is a great deal of merit passing on issues to specialist there still exists a problem with communications between all of the players and in the process the patient does not receive full care.

At first with a personal medical major bleed issue we realized that the communications was lacking and although we started with the blame game soon realized that if the patient and their care givers did not keep accurate records of everything going on there had to be a problem.
